About the Journal

Barakkana Gurutta: Journal of Islamic Education focuses on publishing scientific works that examine and develop concepts, theories, and practices of Islamic Religious Education, with a strong connection to the values of da'wah and social community service. The main focus of this journal includes the following:

  1. Tarbiyah (Islamic Education) covers the study of Islamic education theory and practice, curriculum development, learning methodologies, education management, and Islamic character education.
  2. Da'wah (Religious Guidance and Counseling), including research on da'wah strategies, Islamic communication, moral and spiritual education, and the role of da'wah in community education.
  3. Ijtima'iyyah (Religious Social) includes analysis of community empowerment, religious moderation, Islamic social values, and the contribution of religious education to social life.
